Chicken and Stuffing

Stuffing doesn't have to be just for the holidays.  Chicken and Stuffing is a great meal anytime of year.  All you need to do is add a vegetable and your meal is complete.

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 6-ounce package Stove Top Stuffing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can of cream soup
    (chicken, mushroom or celery)

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.  Place chicken in the crock.  Spread the dry stuffing mix over the chicken.  

In a small bow, mix together the sour cream and cream soup.  Pour over the chicken and stuffing.

Cook on low for 4 hours.  Fluff stuffing with a fork and it's ready to serve!
