Fry the ground beef with the onion in a frying pan on the stove top. Once browned, add the next six spices and the water. Stir to mix spices into the meat and simmer for three minutes.
Put the meat into the crockpot and add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, salt, pepper, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. The longer the better.
