Macaroni and Cheese

Ooey and gooey, stringy Mac 'n Cheese.  Works for the adults who like a good macaroni and cheese.  It's also a great meal to fix for the kids.  Everybody loves it!

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 8 ounces whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook the macaroni noodles on the stove top for 5 minutes.  (They will not be totally tender yet.) 

Spray your crock with cooking spray.  Put all the ingredients in the crock and stir.  Cook on low for three to four hours or until the macaroni is tender.
