As I've said before, I will try any recipe that calls for balsamic vinegar. I also try any recipe that calls for Worcestershire sauce. This recipe calls for both! Can't beat that!!
This was great served with rice, but it could also be served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. We used the leftovers for french dip sandwiches. They were delicious!
Whisk together all the ingredients and add to the bottom of a slow cooker. Add roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove roast and shred with a fork. Return to juices. Leave in the crockpot to keep warm until you are ready to serve.
