I will be honest with you. When I first tried lasagna in my slow cooker, I did not expect a very high quality meal. I was pleasantly surprised. This was an easy recipe to prep and so good to eat!
Brown ground beef and drain. Spoon one cup of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 4-quart crock pot. Mix remaining sauce with the ground beef.
Place two uncooked lasagna noodles in the crock pot. Spread a third of the ground beef mixture. Spread ¾ cup of cottage cheese on top of the ground beef. Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese on top of that.
Add two more uncooked lasagna noodles. Layer another third of the ground beef, the remaining cottage cheese, and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add two more uncooked lasagna noodles. Add the last of the ground beef mixture and the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cook on low for four hours.
